Overview
Explore practical tools and reflection practices to move through change with intention, clarity, and resilience.
Navigating Change & Complexity
Change is a constant — whether it shows up as organizational transformations, layoffs, shifting priorities, or disruptive forces like AI. This workshop offers practical tools and techniques for navigating change with greater clarity, agency, and resilience.
Participants will explore how change starts with the individual: assessing how a change does or doesn't align with our own personal values, understanding where our openness or resistance to change comes from, and identifying what’s within our control. We’ll work through ways to move from seeing change as a threat to viewing it as a challenge — one that invites learning, adaptation, and growth.
This session blends reflection with practical frameworks to help participants move forward with intention, even when the broader environment feels uncertain or complex.
