Irrepressibly enthusiastic. Deeply engaged. Dauntless. All fair first impressions and all dead-on target. With these qualities, plus a razor-sharp intellect, Lauren is the consummate Program Manager and one of the key reasons we get anything done around here at all.

Lauren believes that people matter and are the primary reason that we design systems and processes, that patterns and the relationships between things are as important as the things themselves. This she learned while earning a degree in Human Ecology at College of the Atlantic, where she studied photography, business and psychology. Ever since, she's been combining disciplines to find new insights and ways of working for AT&T, Aerotek, and HTC.

"When I was 14, I wanted to be either an artist or a psychologist because I was fascinated by people and what made them tick. Business sounded like the most boring thing imaginable, until my Dad asked me what I thought business was, and I had to admit I really had no idea. Once I figured out that business was just a code word for what people do to create value for other people, I was hooked. Who would have guessed?"

Working at Navicet is pretty much Lauren's dream job. She gets to solve hard problems for customers as an analyst and certified Scrum Master. She's also responsible for recruiting, business development, and had a big hand in crafting Navicet's service offerings.
