Irrepressibly enthusiastic. Deeply engaged. Dauntless. All fair first impressions and all dead-on target. With these qualities, plus a razor-sharp intellect, Lauren is one of the key reasons we get anything done around here at all.

Lauren believes that people matter and are the primary reason that we design systems and processes, that patterns and the relationships between things are as important as the things themselves. This she learned while earning a degree in Human Ecology at College of the Atlantic, where she studied photography, business, and psychology. From there, she went on to combine disciplines to find new insights and ways of working for AT&T, Aerotek, and HTC.

"When I was 14, I wanted to be either an artist or a psychologist because I was fascinated by people and what made them tick. Business sounded like the most boring thing imaginable, until my Dad asked me what I thought business was, and I had to admit I really had no idea. Once I figured out that business was just a code word for what people do to create value for other people, I was inspired. Who would have guessed?"

Lauren is a founding partner at Navicet, so it makes sense that working at Navicet is pretty much her dream job. She gets to solve hard problems for customers through qualitative research, analysis, storytelling, training, and facilitation. She's also responsible for recruiting, business development, and curating Navicet's service offerings.
