A practical 2-day virtual workshop to map processes, reveal opportunities, and improve systems with a focus on people

Agenda

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Day 1

On the first day, we'll set the stage with introductions and workshop setup, then dive into why a human-centered approach makes all the difference. You'll learn the "secret sauce" of effective process improvement, practice setting goals tied to real experience outcomes, and use interviews to uncover real pain points that are worth solving.

9:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Day 2

The second day, we'll focus on putting tools into practice. You’ll get hands-on with process mapping in Miro, explore how to communicate maps and insights, and practice sharing your own. We’ll close with Q&A, reflection, and next steps to carry new skills forward in your work.
