Overview

Build practical coaching skills that strengthen influence, creativity, and collaboration — whether you lead formally or not.

Effective coaching can inspire others and move individuals and groups to act with creativity, choice, and ownership.

Coaching for Impact

In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn pragmatic techniques for how to effectively leverage coaching skills to level up their impact, whether or not they are in formal leadership roles.

These methods build the kind of team empowerment and creativity required for influence and impact. Participants will practice listening with intention, powerful questions, coaching and being coached, and explore how coaching techniques can show up everywhere at work – from small moments in 1:1s to strategic offsites.
