Overview
Explore how to give authentic feedback in a way that is grounded, human, and constructive — without minimizing the message or escalating conflict.
About this Course
In this hands-on course, participants learn how to lead and sustain human-centered change through clear, purposeful storytelling.
Participants will practice translating change efforts, experiments, and outcomes into clear, human-centered stories that connect context, data, and lived experience. The session focuses on communicating purpose, insights, and decisions in ways that build trust and shared understanding, inspire action, and invite participation.
The session also touches on how tools like AI can be used thoughtfully to support story development — such as testing clarity, refining structure, or exploring audience perspectives — while keeping authenticity and human experience central.
Whether you’re gaining buy-in, sharing what you’re learning from pilots, socializing change decisions, or helping teams understand what comes next, this workshop offers a practical approach to storytelling that supports iteration, momentum, and meaningful engagement.
