Ways of working roundtable conversations
Invite-only, high-bandwidth discussions with peers
Facilitated conversations for leaders improving how work gets done in large companies and organizations.
Compare notes with peers on the challenges that cross team boundaries: competing priorities, slow decisions, unclear ownership, trust, and more.
These facilitated discussions are for a) Directors and Senior Directors or b) Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and General Managers currently working at companies, nonprofits, or public-sector organizations with at least $1 billion in annual revenue or operating budget, measured across the entire entity.
Each group is personally assembled around participants’ responsibilities, experiences, and one specific topic related to ways of working.

Built from the questions we ask when helping teams improve
In our work with leaders, conversations about how decisions happen, priorities compete, and teams coordinate help us understand where progress gets difficult. We encounter familiar challenges in unique combinations, shaped by each organization’s circumstances.
We created the Team Effectiveness Diagnostic to make that starting point available to more leaders, with useful insight and practical ideas they can begin working with.
